Finding a good EMR is tough for smaller practices. Mitochon Systems ( http://www.mitochonsystems.com ) is a very solid web based free EMR that is really slick. Mitochon Systems really did a nice job on their electronic medical record / EMR / EHR (other names?). Check out the demo. Thanks, Steve
